Contact EBAY?
How do you get to chat with a live agent or better yet talk to one on the phone? AI/Computer is useless. They keep saying they tried to call but they never did. No missed call, no nothing. I get plenty of JUNK calls from Medicare people so I know useless calls are coming through. When it asks me if I want to chat with an agent, I say yes. They always say if waiting 4 minutes is fine. I always say Yes. Then they always say "something went wrong" and they disconnect.
IS THIS POSSIBLY A STRATEGY OF EBAY TO CUT DOWN ON TIME SPENT AND INCREASE PROFIT MARGIN?

OP6 months agoMy issue is I usually do not get taxes charged for silver/bullion purchases. In some instances ebay charged taxes and I would like to get them refunded.
I am starting to wonder if EBAY just keeps the taxes since they do not need to give them to the STATE.
I really do not know. I WOULD ASK an ebay expert if I could ever talk or chat with one.
