Contact eBay

Question

Trying to find out how to talk to a person about a purchase I just made. SUPPOSEDLY, I was sent a $5.00 promotion code that I copied and pasted, but this amount was not credited to me.

Did eBay take away the option of talking to a person, because I get no where with chat. I have exhausted options based upon being told what to do when "Googling" how to talk to a person.

@shortlady16 A bit of advice when trying to contact customer service on ANY website NEVER google for the phone number because scammers put up fake numbers. Always start on the website with help and contact.

( If you receive the automated chat assistant type AGENT in the small box on the lower right of the linked page then you will see the options to contact a live agent, you may have to answer the chat bots questions before it allows you to connect to an agent, this is so you are connected to the right department)

If you are located outside of US or Canada then you will need to use the Chat option or Social Media
