does anyone know how to get to eBay and speak to a actual person? What I ordered and paid for is not what I received and the seller just completely stopped answering my texts! eBay really went downhill in the past few years. I am definitely deleting my account and going elsewhere.

Actually, when you receive something that is not as described - does match pictures or description you do not need to speak with the Seller. Go to the item in your Purchase history and file a return for not as described - does match pictures or description.
You will be issued a pre paid shipping label to return the item with. Ship it back and when delivery is confirmed the Seller has 2 days to refund you, if they don't then you go back to the claim and use the Ask eBay to step in link to force the refund.
