Contact an Ebay agent
I recently sold an item and it shows that I've received payment however the money is not in my account. I'm afraid I did something wrong and the funds went to someone else but I cannot contact an agent. Can anyone advise on how to reach an agent?

Mentor2 weeks agoAfter the buyer pays for the item through Ebay, Ebay will start processing the payout. As previously stated, Ebay can place a temporary hold on your payouts for up to 31 days since you are a new/infrequent seller.

OP2 weeks agoOkay I appreciate your input. They are telling me payment has been processed so I'm afraid this has gone to someone else's account. I've jumped through every hoop in the book but I can't get an agent to respond.

Mentor2 weeks agoYou are a new seller. eBay can hold your funds for up to 30 days. Did you ship the item with tracking and what does the tracking say?

OP2 weeks agoI did ship the item with tracking and I'm unable to track as yet. to the best of my knowlege the buyer received the item on September 14th.
