how do i contact an agent about a long standing problem with a seller ?

OP2 years agobeen there done that but just sends me in circles, the item purchased is over 90 days old ive been giving the seller too much leaway and he keeps saying he will refund or replace but he does nothing except promise ????

Mentor2 years agoDid you use the link to request a call back between 9am to 6pm AET Monday to Friday?
Did you actually start a return? What reason did you use?
Did you ask eBay to step in at the appropriate point?

You may be better off asking your question here to get suggestions from experienced users.
To contact eBay in Australia, use the chat assistant on the AU Help page to request a chat with an agent or a call back by starting on the Help & Contact page and following the links for your issue.
What options you see may depend on your particular issue and how busy that department is at the moment.
Try entering "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to reach the correct department. If you see a "Still need help?" or "More options" choice, either of those should lead to a call back option.
