Contact a seller gets no response - 3 times

Question

I've sent 3 messages to a seller during the past week. I get a copy but no answer . Is something is wrong with eBay's contact system? Btw, I had the same problem with another seller whom I've bought from many times during the past 3 years. I get a copy, but they don't receive my contact message

Thanks, That may be the case - but it's happening now with 2 different sellers and in the past month with another seller (who I've been buying from for over two years). He never got my message. In one case he tried to reply but got a "message failure". In this case I tried using the contact seller option for the item I purchased in early January. After that failed, I had to go to the sellers home page to contact him. That eventually worked. I have screen grabs. I tried the same with the two sellers this week (contact on the page with the item and the sellers home page). I still think there may be something wrong with eBay's message system. For the recored, I used Chrome, Firefox and Safari to see if it was a browser problem.

Not all sellers reply to messages in a timely fashion -- or at all.
