Contact a seller

Question

An item I purchased was returned to the seller because the address was unreadable. I cannot contact the seller through eBay. It just goes around and around and I never get to write a letter. I donâ€™t know how to contact this person. Can you help?

Go to your Purchase History, find the item and under "More actions" select "Contact seller" to send a message.

Go to either a listing page of the seller or go to their feedback profile page and click on "Contact seller".
In the pop up window that appears, start typing your question inside the box where it says "Send message"
Click on the "Send message" button.
