I want to get help with my E-bay summery page as it still shows Item shipped even though I have received the item and have made feedback.
the list and AI help do not address this nor can I contact a REAL PERSON.

Mentor3 years agoeBay relies on tracking information from the shipping service to update that page. If the item does not get a delivery scan, or the tracking is not updated properly, it may not show that the item has been delivered even when it has.
