My list package was delivered late to a temporary Airbnb address after I had already checked out and left the country. I do not have access to the item, so returning it is impossible. the return was opened in error. I´m requesting resolution under eBay Money Back Guarantee without requiring a return. I have asked to talk to a real agent but seems I can´t receive international calls.

I don't think you will have protection since you were using a temporary address and that is not the Seller's fault, nor are delays that can happen in shipping if they shipped within their Handling time. If the Seller accepted the return but you cannot facilitate it then again, that is not the Seller's responsibility.
