How do I contact eBay by phone? I DON'T WANT TO TALK TO A BOT!

You may be better off asking your question here to get suggestions from experienced users.
To contact eBay, use the chat assistant to request a call back by starting on the Help & Contact page and following the links for your issue.
What options you see may depend on your particular issue and how busy that department is at the moment.
Try entering "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to reach the correct department. If you see a "Still need help?" or "More options" choice, either of those should lead to a call back option.

OP7 months agoI called them directly, and all I got was a BOT that did not do anything but make me furious. I will be shutting down all my accounts I have with EBAY as soon as I get this issue resolved. I will now only do business with a company that has a person for tech support! THIS AI **bleep** IS JUST GOING TO DESTROY WHAT'S LEFT OF OUR LIVES. NO MORE!!!

Mentor7 months agoeBay does not have a public number for incoming general customer service. You must request a call back if you want to talk on the phone.
Try social media if you cannot get a call back.
Or describe your issue here if you want help from experienced users.
