Mentor2 years agoThere are multiple reasons why you might not receive a call back. Being outside North America, using a VOIP phone number, using a spam blocker, or using a phone provider that has eBay's number blocked might cause issues for you.
If you are unable to get a call back, you might try requesting a chat with an agent instead.
