If you have a charge on your card for an order not in your purchase history, and you do not have any open offers or bids where you had to enter payment info, you need to contact your card issuer and report your card compromised. eBay can not give you any information on a purchase not made by you.
If there is a purchase in your purchase history that you did not make, and no one in your home used your account, then contact eBay and report your eBay account compromised.

If you don't see 'have us call you' right under the chat link, click chat. Then at the bottom of the chat topics, click more, then click contact an agent.
