Constructive policy complaint
Summary: ladygray4 is facing an issue with eBay's new standard sizing policy, which doesn't accommodate clothing labeled with multiple sizes like "S/M" or "8-10". They expressed frustration about the difficulty in submitting feedback, especially with the AI system not forwarding them to a person. eastlaneave suggested using the feedback option within the listing tool on eBay to reach the appropriate team, confirming this is the most effective way to communicate such issues.
I am trying to tell Ebay that the new standard sizing policy doesn't take into account clothing with labels that include more than one size, like S/M, M/L, 8-10, 10-12, etc. At the moment, you can only list one size, which makes the listing incorrect. I haven't found a single place to submit constructive feedback and the "AI" has not been designed to understand the concept of the issue nor will put me through to an actual person, so is unsurprisingly useless. Does anyone know someone or somewhere useful to direct this?

For feedback to reach the proper teams, use this feedback link here inside the listing tool. Upper right corner in the ︙ 3 dots menu. The correct teams will see this feedback.
Short and to the point:
For example:
Please add 2 size choice so I can select M and L.
Slippers need S M L XL sizing.
Stockings need AB CD EF and GH sizes.
If you have several suggestions, make them each 1 sentence with a period.

OP3 weeks agoThank you. So literally the only place to do this is within the listing tool?

Yes, it's the most effective way on eBay to get a message to the staff who works on it.
Always use the 'comments' or 'send feedback' for a page. They do use that information.
