Consolidating guest purchases with my account
I ordered shoes as a guest. Email says they were delivered but they weren’t. If I sign into my account it doesn’t show my recent purchase. I can’t get anywhere with the help center. Where do I go next for help?

Guest purchases cannot be linked to an account.
For help with a guest purchase, first sign out of your current eBay account, then use the "order details" link in the email you received from eBay regarding the guest purchase.
