connecting ebay mobile app to ebay computer account
I am unable to connect my ebay mobile app to my computer. if I attempt to create a listing on my computer and upload a photo via mobile, I get a message to install the ebay app on my phone. How can I resolve this issue?

You should be able to install the eBay app on your phone if you meet the requirements for your operating system.

Make sure you are signed in to the same eBay account on your mobile device as you are using your desktop.
