Connecting bank or debit card

Question

My eBay application will not show any options to add bank account or debit card to receive payments. How do I do this? I’ve tried to follow steps listed in the help center but it is getting me Nowhere

First, make sure the registered name on ebay matches exactly to the name on your checking account. You can make any changes here:

My ebay > Summary > Account > Personal information

Make sure you supply a physical street address. You can change to your P.O. box later.

To receive payments you must link a checking account with a name and street address that matches the name and street address of your eBay account.

To add a payment method for making payments to eBay or for purchases, try using a browser and going here:
