Confusing emails - do I ship this or wait?
Hello! Yesterday at 3:22 pm I received this email:
Your buyer has paid and now it’s time to get a shipping label.
Ship your item with a tracked service, required in the event of a claim or dispute, within 2 days (the handling time you promised in your listing). Most transactions are covered by seller protections, but this only applies if you use a tracked service.
But then at 8:46 pm I received this email:
Your buyer hasn't paid yet. A reminder will be sent to them to pay within 48 hours and you'll receive an update when it's time to ship your item.
Unless your funds are on hold, they'll be available for payout within two business days of order confirmation. Your funds will be sent to you on your next scheduled payout date. You can also enable and request your available funds any time via on-demand payouts.

OP5 months agoIt says shipped because I printed the label.

The buyer paid, because you can't print a label on eBay until the buyer pays.
Ship it.
The email must have had a cyber glitch
I don't rely on eBay, I recommend checking your account several times a day to see what needs to be done.
