Confused. What do I do when I returned an idiom and paid for the return. Out of pocket and the case?

I did what I was supposed to. It cost me out of pocket plus the cost of the idiom (because it did not fit) even when the add said it did. I tried to report it but got no were and I got no air filter that now cost me $39 and the case is closed. I thought there was some kind of insurance for this stuff???

The reason you chose for the return "Item didn't fit" is not covered by the Ebay Money Back Guarantee, and that is why your case was closed.

You could have chosen "Doesn't match description" in order to have received a refund.
