Confused New Seller Account Setup Messed Up!
I have had a personal account since 2020. Not used but once. I registered a starting business account. Started creating logo and banner. Then loaded first items as draft. The new store is not live/published yet. I noticed when I looked at the preview- the item was listed in my personal account. I'm so confused and need to start selling. Do I cancel my personal account? Can I merge the two? I'm already paying my monthly subscription fees. Thank you so much for your help.

It looks like you are posting with your original account, which is fine. Buyers like to see that you are not a brand new account.

OP1 month agoHi thank you for responding! I do understand that buyers like to see that I am not a brand new account. However, my business is. I wanted to be legit and got all the legal documentation to have a separate store from my personal account. Therefore, I guess I would be considered a new store account (everyone has to start somewhere, right?)
But, I'm still left with the real struggle of how do I get my items to post on my newly created store (although it hasn't gone "Live" yet). I wish I could talk to an ebay agent.
Do you know how I can speak "live" to one?
