Confused about medical policies when I see listings that are like what I want to list but won't let

Confused about medical policies when I see listings that are like what I want to list but won't let me sighting medical policies. I've recently came back to ebay to list some things including cpap supplies. I see identical items in listings but ebay tells me I can't because of medical policies. What am I missing? Thanks for your help in advance!

CPAP machines and accessories are not allowed to be sold on eBay. eBay is constantly combing the 1.7 billion active listings (that are changing by the minute as items are listed and purchased), but they sometimes don't catch them all. If you see listings that violate policy that eBay hasn't caught (yet), you can use the Report link on the item listing located above the description over on the right to bring it to eBay's attention.
