Confused about listing policy "violation"
eBay removed one of my listings this week...an AirWick Essential Mist Oil Diffuser. Diffuser only, no oil, no batteries. First the policy cited was copyright infringement. I claim no copyright on the device, so I questioned the decision. The next email I received cited the PRESCRIPTION AND OTC DRUGS POLICY. Again, this plastic device is not a drug of either category. I've sold similar items in the past with no issues, and when I do a search on eBay for the very same item, there are many, new and used, listed on eBay.
I've tried contesting the decision, but no one seems to understand that my listing has nothing to do with copyright infringement or drug policy violation. Any suggestions are welcome.
