Confused about listing flat rate shipping with new international selling
I don't understand how I should handling shipping costs in my listing for the times a domestic buyer purchases. I sell scarves domestically and typically charge a flat rate shipping of $15.
When participating in the eBay managed international sales, do I still list a flat rate shipping or do I have to switch to a calculated shipping price for all sales? If it is still ok to list flat rate, does an international buyer pay the flat rate plus international charges?

I am aware of actual shipping prices. These are collectable scarves worth $200-700. I price mine at rock bottom prices compared to others selling the same item. I make a few dollars back by flat rate pricing, which is a fairly common practice in this niche.

Anyway....... you are only shipping to Illinois with eBay's international shipping program. The buyer pays eBay for the international portion.

Mentor2 years ago@cashallowshopper. You can charge whatever you want for domestic shipping. You don't worry about the international shipping as the buyer pays eBay .
For domestic you might want to look up actual shipping prices using eBay calculator. I'm on my phone right now or I'd add a link.
