Confused
Is anyone going through what I'm going through? I ordered an item a couple of weeks ago and it left Texas, arrived in Jacksonville Florida 30 miles where I live. It left Jacksonville and went to New York then New Jersey then Pennsylvania then back to Jacksonville Florida? Then another item soon after left Miami and arrived in Jacksonville Florida then went to Puerto Rico then back to Jacksonville Florida? I gave eBay another chance to find out what is going on? I was assured all good from here. I gave eBay another chance, I had an item arriving yesterday between 7:30-11:30 a.m. according to shipping information, guess what? Yeah at least right now it's not showing heading for the Ukraine. Now I understand why the USPO raised the cost of stamps. WOW 😵â€ðŸ’«
inceptions
Mentor2 years agoThis has nothing to do with eBay and there is nothing eBay can do about it. Sometimes packages are misrouted by the post office. I once shipped a package from Atlanta to Alaska and it went first to Guam, then Texas, then Los Angeles, and finally arrived in Anchorage. This doesn't happen often, but USPS ships over 7 billion packages a day. Some are bound to be mis-sorted. Once that happens, it can take a while for the package to get back on track.
One thing to do... check your default address to be sure it's using USPS formatting.

Be sure to use the +4 at the end of your zip code: xxxxx-xxxx
It may just be a coincidence that you've had this happen twice, but doing what I've recommended above may help.
