Confused
The question I have is I sold an item and never got paid for it since funds available but no funds were ever available to me the day. I was supposed to get the funds the payout it’s at seven dollars. I don’t know where that seven dollars came from because the item I sold was $150 so I don’t know what’s going on. I need help with that.

That sounds frustrating.
Your "available funds" are a running total, so there may be fees from other listings and sales intermingled. Each payout can cover multiple transactions.

From your gross sales (Price + Shipping, if any + Sales Tax) eBay will deduct
Sales Tax (remitted to the state)
Shipping labels
Final Value Fees FVF
Insertion fees (if any)
Promoted listing fees (if any)
Store Fees (if any)
