Confused
Im a little confused on something, Ive been selling for about 8 or 9 months now, and pretty much everything has gone smoothly, I have my payouts set to weekly, every Tuesday, I received my normal payout on Tuesday July 15th, I had one order that the money was not available yet, the following Friday I received the payout for that item, it said it was a scheduled payout, but mine are set to Tuesday, so I went to my Ebay to check to see what my scheduled payouts said and the option is missing, I cant find it anywhere, I went to the same spot that I changed it before, and gone, just gone, also my sales have stopped since that last item I shipped almost 2 weeks ago on July 14th, I promote my items and its like Im not getting hardly any views as well, I cant figure out what is going on, I've always had 1 to 3 sales a week, can anyone help me to understand whats going on and what I can do to fix it, I tried to contact Ebay but they give you options to choose for the issue, and there was no option for my issue TIA

eBay recently had a glitch in their system whereby a large group of Sellers did NOT get their Weekly payout. Later that week MANY Sellers received an interim payout in what appears to be a corrective measure.

OP1 year agoI found that, thank you so much, I just knew it wasnt in the same spot I went before, so that issue is resolved, any clue why my sales have stopped since that same time and what I can do about it?? I have already upped my promotion percentage and Im not doing anything different than I was before
