    Hello, please could someone advise? I  sold an  item which the buyer said arrived damaged which I doubt, but what can you do? anyway she sent me an email asking for  a partial refund,. Should this be done officially or is it ok for them to request it in an email to me? She sent pictures of the damage. I have asked her to send me the picture that Evri leave you  to say they have delivered the parcel as I want to see if it really did arrive damaged. Finallyhow much should I offer as a partial refund. The item cost 46. I thought around a tenner or do Ebay decide this, Should she request a partial refund through them? Any advice greatly appreciated.
