I made a purchase and it's not showing up on my account. I have an email from the seller with this reference in it.

Mentor11 months agoUnfortunately we have no way of knowing as we do not have access to that kind of information as we are not eBay employees. Did you see the item listed on the eBay site and made the purchase from the eBay site? Any confirmation would come through as a message from eBay and not the seller although it may reference the sellers user id.
