Conflicting size information in a listing
I purchased a belt. The listing title said one size, but the description said another, larger size. I thought the belt was the size stated in the listing title. The belt of course, is too big and I want to return it for a refund and the seller is refusing to refund. What is eBay’s policy when two sizes are contained in a listing? Thanks.

The listing should show the same size in the title as well as the description. When there is a discrepancy, the item is not as described.
Here's what to do...
If you received an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
