Confirming seller address
I have asked my sellers to confirm their addresses per eBay. Some of my sellers won’t confirm. What should I do? I’ve already emailed twice about this situation. Should I send the paid items or not?

Do you mean buyers, not sellers?
You are provided with the buyer's shipping address by Ebay, and that is where you ship the item. No need for the buyer to "confirm" their address.
