Confirmed purchase has disappeared from my account

This is strange. I made a purchase, it was confirmed. I was given a tracking number but looking at my purchase history, this order does not exist. Also, the tracking info received is kaput. Has anyone experienced this?

Look in your email for the Order Confirmation that Ebay sent to you and click on Order Details.
