How do I verify the seller is still operating before I buy. In my case, the seller last facebook page posts were 2023 and the website is not current.

Check eBay activity not Facebook posts...........not sure what their Facebook posts have to do with eBay?

@ply4204 Look at the seller's eBay activity, not facebook activity. Does the seller have recent sales, and recent feedback on eBay?
