Confirm button not on page when Reviewing Order

Trying to make an offer, so far so good, make offer, get to "Review Offer" cannot confirm change payment, or confirm offer, the button is off the page on the pop up window, cannot move page to get to button.

Try changing the magnification of the page you are on and see if that allows you to reach the link.

Or click on that screen and try using your mouse scroll wheel to navigate, or select something on that page and use your tab key to select the next clickable item on the page.
