Cone foam and trigger problems
. I purchased one of the cone triggers to replace an oem trigger on my Roland PD 120 dual trigger pad. I have a Roland TD-30 module that I’m using. I was extremely careful when installing the new CP Trigger and checked the height of the foam at 1/16â€to 1/8†and I continued to get rim triggers when the head was hit. I tried many recommended settings with no luck so I adjusted the trigger height slightly above the bearing edges. I reset the Td-30 to factory settings and still no luck. I switched the drums around and anywhere the CP triggered pad was the problem followed. Please help.
