Mentor2 years agoAccording to Google: "The queen conch is listed as threatened under the Endangered Species Act (ESA). In addition, queen conch is listed under Appendix II of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES) and under Annex III of the Protocol for Specially Protected Areas and Wildlife (SPAW)."
eBay prohibits listing animal products of threatened or endangered species.
