So I have a question. On expensive purchasing let's say something over $500. What I'm looking at the buyer has listed, no returns or refunds. But it says it's Ebay covered money back guaranteed. What does this mean. Cause I've very concerned when the buyer says no refunds or returns. Cause what if I don't receive it at all. Or do receive it but it's not the right thing, and or damaged.

"No returns" on a seller's listing only applies to 'buyer's remorse' - ie, changed my mind, didn't like it, found lower price, etc.
If it's incomplete, damaged, lost in the mail, then you are covered by eBay Money Back Guarantee, which overrides the seller policy.
