Concerning International Shipping
On June 29th, I shipped an Item via eBay International Shipping. Now the customer says he didn't received the package. I looked up the tracking numbers and it shows that a delivery attempt was made on the 11th , and gave the customer all the information he needs to find out where the package might be but he insist that I should do all the searching. Tried to contact an eBay customer service agent to no avail as I couldn't get pass the automated one. What should I do?

·3 years agoTell the buyer, once it reaches the US hub, Ebay takes over and they are responsible for getting the item to them.
