Concerned but hopeful

Question

I ordered a computer part that was priced really well. Not sure why so reasonable. $2500 for something everyone else is charging $6000 for. the pictures looked legit and I am figuring I am protected by the guarantee. It says returns are accepted. The person has no reviews or anything.

Is there a way to prewar Ebay that someone seems shady but not cancel the order in case its legit?

Any input is helpful. Thank you in advance.

Here's what to do if you receive an item that is not as described...

If you received an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
