I'm worried I placed a bid for chanel no. 5 person has no name and won't respond.

They refused my bid, only bid so far

It said enter payment info

I buy alot from eBay my card info stored

I raised bid, it said again it failed and to enter card number

I entered it several times even tho ebay has it stored.

Once again it said failed, enter info

Even tho I raised bid, I'm only bidder, it just keeps asking for credit card info

Seller won't respond

I'm 70 yrs old and now I fear I may have to cancel card

I don't trust this person

The seller can't see anything pertaining to your card. Here are some things to try:

If you have problems paying for your items or if you receive an error message at checkout, try the following troubleshooting tips to resolve the issue:

Check you've entered your payment details correctly
Make sure your billing address matches the address on your payment method
Try checking out on another device. If you're using the eBay desktop site, try checking out on the mobile site or app, or vice versa

Make sure your payment method hasn't expired. For example, if you're paying with a credit or debit card, check the expiry date on the card
If you're using a new credit or debit card, you may need to activate the card before you can use it. We recommend contacting your bank or card issuer for instructions
When you place an order for items from different sellers on eBay, you may see duplicate pending charges appear in your credit card or bank account.
