Concerned about a buyer
I have a buyer who placed an order and then asked me to cancel the order. It was a fairly large order. They said they used the incorrect card. I canceled the order for them at their request. They asked me to relist the item then they offered me a lower price which I declined. Then the they paid the listed price and claimed that I was slow listing now they have purchased it and have accused me of being slow again. This is the same day about an hour later. I am very concerned there’s something wrong with this buyer. Any advice?

Just do the best you can to deal with the buyer in a friendly, professional manner and keep them informed of steps taken (thank they for their payment and tell them when you will ship, maybe keep an eye on the tracking in case there are delays so that you can inform your buyer, etc.).
