Concern with buyer

I recently received a notice one of my items has been sold. I looked at the buyer info and they are brand new, same day and this is a high ticket item. I am nervous that the buyer is fraudulent. What do I do?

You ship the item out within your stated time frame. If sellers kept canceling (0) buyers purchases none of us would have higher numbers.

If your concern is that their payment is marked as Pending on your sold item page, that is not a problem. It is a hold put in place by ebay because you have not sold anything in over a year. To get more information about that open the link below.

If over $750 gross total, make sure to get signature confirmation of delivery.

I generally will also google the buyer's address.

Add any extra insurance, if you want.

Make sure it is packed well.

If ebay says they have paid and ok to ship to the address provided, you have already agreed to do so.
