Concern about Wrong Advertised Items
Just to let you know that in December I bought an item which is not as advertised, and I think it is a very serious concern. I bought a 12v car inverter which is supposed to be a PURE SINE WAVE Inverter, but it is a MODIFIED SINE WAVE Inverter. It was now when a got to use and test the item because I am outside USA. Why does that seller act like that?
I had the opportunity to buy a cheaper Modified Sine Wave Inverter, but I needed a Pure Sine Wave Inverter and that's why I bought it from that seller at a much higher price. Therefore, that seller fooled me!
Can't Ebay Commerce control that type of behavior?

Mentor5 months agoIf the item was not as described in the listing you could have filed a Return Request within 30 days of delivery in order to receive a refund. Ebay can only "control" bad sellers if buyers file disputes like the return request.
