Computer Program VS. Phone App.
Ebay needs to fix both the Computer Program and the Phone App. Each has issues and need to be aligned so that they work at least similarly. On the phone App you cannot send an invoice to a customer, unless they request one from their shopping cart, which they can't do on the phone app either. Also on the app, their is no way to mark items as shipped when they are part of a multiple win or invoiced set of buys. You used to not be able to leave feedback for the same sort of order on the app, but they fixed that and took away the mark as shipped button. On the computer Program you cannot leave feedback for wins in a multi-item invoice either, from the list of purchases page. You have to go to the "leave more feedback" to do it for those items. Also, If you give a partial return for a shipping discount, because they couldn't ask for an invoice, and paid the full amount, you can't mark that set of invoiced items as shipped in either the app or the Program.
