the item was delivered it was damage i paid 80 dollars to fix it i just want reburst for fixing it" now the want me to send it back after i fix it when i told them first they did nothing now that i fix it they want me to return it and loose the money i put into it

Mentor3 years agoeBay has a money back guarantee. If an item is not as described, you have thirty days to return it at the seller's expense and get a refund from the seller through eBay.
Anything other than that is between you and the seller to work out. eBay cannot force the seller to reimburse you for repairs you had done.
