computer
bought a computer that was to be fully functional. when i got it i could get no graphics. they had me return it. said they would send a different one. sent the same one back with the same problem. this went on for weeks. in the end i am stuck with a computer i can't use. they said i should check with all state warranty who said they could do nothing. i am a veteran and a senior .i don't know what to do.

It sounds as if you did not go through the Ebay Return Request process?
If you had, the seller would have been required to issue a refund.
