I put a bid on a computer and one minute after my bid my grandson told me it was not the right computer for his school work. I tried to cancel my bid but I couldn’t find out how. eBay said contact the seller via email which I did. A notice came to my email from eBay saying the email was not a trust worthy email and not to communicate with them. So what do I do now. Contact eBay support sucks!

Only the seller can cancel your bid.
Never contact seller via email, all communication goes through Ebay.
Go to the listing page and click on "Contact seller". If the seller does not respond to your message or they do not cancel your bid, you will be required to pay for the item if you win.
