compress video/warranty seller does not take messages/how to get an ebay human
i am trying to send a video to a seller but the video is too large is there an easy way to compress it? I bought a 2 year warranty with the the item o purchased & tried to contact them but it kicks back the seller is not taking any messages. I try calling ebay to speak to a human but that seem like it is not possible. any ideas?

Warranties are issued by manufacturers and authorized dealers. Unless the seller was an authorized retailer of the item, or you purchased a separate warranty with the item, warranties are not enforceable on eBay.
Contact the funding source you used to purchase the item to inquire about disputing the charge.
