COMPRA PRE VENDA NÃO ENVIADO NO PRAZO
I made a pre-order purchase from a store with a 90-day shipping timeframe. The time has passed and the item hasn't been shipped. The seller isn't responding to my inquiries. How can I get a refund? The website won't let me do anything else.

Mentor1 month ago@pqhenrr-11 I am sorry that you had a bad seller. Presale items MUST ship within 40 days of the date of sale. Then you have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date stated in your purchase history to file a refund request.
NOT the date the seller states in the listing.
Since it is past the eBay Money Back Guarantee time limit your only choice is a fraud chargeback with your payment method. An agent can not extend the eBay MBG time limit.
