complicated situation
Does anyone have ebay's customer service number? I have a crazy situation that I am not sure how to proceed.
I'll also explain here. Sold a grandfather clock to someone many states away. After numerous times to contact the buyer, he finally responded saying he never ordered it, yet I received his payment. I shipped the item through uship for 300.00. The shipper broke the item. The shipper then fixed the item and is ready to deliver however the buyer has gone silent again. Do I just have the shipper drop it off at his place even if he's not home or willing to accept it? It's an 800.00 transaction and I've already paid for shipping.

Did buyer payment include the $300 shipping charge?
