Completely unable to get any help from Ebay
Everything is automated. I was SCAMMED and I cannot get a hold of a real person. Using automated prompts gets me nowhere as the issues is not listed. I've tried so many routes at this point. I just want my money back from a seller who never sent a product and asked me to close the issue and they would resend an item. LIES

Mentor6 months ago@dome-9858 I am sorry that the seller tricked you but if you closed a refund request case eBay customer service can not reopen it.
Your only option now is a chargeback with your funding source. The good news is the seller will also be charged a $20 dispute fee in addition to having to refund you 100%.

OP6 months agoSo, just to be clear, I need to go to my bank and ask them to cancel the money sent to the seller?

Mentor6 months agoYes, if you paid from a debit card then you contact your bank. Credit card... you contact the card. If you checked out with PayPal then you try them next BEFORE you go to your bank or credit card.
