Completely ripped off and zero support from Ebay
I ordered a refurbished vintage watch from a seller in India. I used PayPal for payment. When the watch arrived not only was it not working’ but was a cheap knock off copy. Not a refurbished vintage watch.
I went through all channels and got a return shipping instructions from the seller, saying that upon receipt of the returned watch I would be refunded. It was returned I have all tracking info.
the next thing I heard from EBay was that they couldn’t refund my money as the seller sent them a tracking number for a replacement watch. That watch never arrived.

the seller was: accurate_watches
case number was: 529517555
i feel completely betrayed by EBay and am seeking advice what to do.
